Easter is in just one day, and sadly, we are still in quarantine! I won’t go on and on about how sad this Easter is going to be–missing church, friends, family–because I know you’re all right there with me. Instead, we are going to make the best with what we can.
Some of you, like me, may have avoided planning an Easter menu. After all, gatherings are going to be quite limited, with only household contacts in attendance. I put together some of my favorite easy Easter dishes that you can make for your family to still make the celebration special.
Depending on what you have in your pantry and fridge, you may not be able to make some of these dishes. That’s okay. The goal is to show a variety of things that might work for your meal. Luckily, almost all of these recipes can be customized to use ingredients that you have on hand. Herbs, citrus, and even proteins can easily be swapped out.
How will you celebrate tomorrow?
