Peach and Apricot Parfaits

A three-ingredient breakfast featuring fresh peaches, apricot preserves, and yogurt.

  • 1 large peach cut into bite-sized pieces (it's okay to leave the skin on)
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves or jam
  • 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
  • Granola optional


  1. Get two parfait glasses or stemless wine glasses. Place 1/4 of the peach pieces in one glass.

  2. Top with 1/2 of the apricot preserves, and then with 1/2 of the yogurt.
  3. Top the yogurt with another 1/4 of the peaches.
  4. Repeat the entire layering process in a second glass.
  5. Top each glass with granola, if desired.
