Chocolate Cherry Smoothie

A decadent smoothie for kids and adults alike full of fiber, protein, and just enough chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen cherries, pitted
  • 1 cup oat milk (can use another milk of your choice)
  • 1 5.3 oz container vanilla non-dairy yogurt (can use dairy if desired)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. Serve garnished with a little extra cocoa powder, if desired. 

Recipe Notes

Calorie data are approximate, and use low-fat milk-based yogurt (because I had a lot of difficulty finding an appropriate dairy-free yogurt in the nutrition database).
