Salt to taste

Put pumpkin, coconut milk, water, and curry paste in a medium-sized soup pot over medium heat, and stir well to combine.

Bring just to a simmer, then add salt to taste.

Serve warm. You may garnish with slices of jalapeƱo or other hot peppers.
