A citrus-flavored dressing with a floral twist. Perfect on summer salads.

light flavored oil
such as grapeseed or canola

Lavender/Lemon Marmalade

dijon mustard

salt + extra to taste

Put all ingredients in a blender, and puree until smooth. Add additional salt to taste.
