I love snacks, especially if they’re healthy. I mean, I love unhealthy snacks more, but I feel better about eating them if they’re good for me. That makes sense, right?
Put the tray in the oven for about 10 minutes, keeping a close eye on it. The kale chips should just start to brown, but shouldn’t become black (hint: if you can smell it cooking, it might be too late).
