I love snacks, especially if they’re healthy. I mean, I love unhealthy snacks more, but I feel better about eating them if they’re good for me. That makes sense, right?
Kale Chips
Put the tray in the oven for about 10 minutes, keeping a close eye on it. The kale chips should just start to brown, but shouldn’t become black (hint: if you can smell it cooking, it might be too late).
- Garlic powder
- Parmesan Cheese
- Chili powder
- Seasoning salt (instead of regular salt)

Hey man- how long can these be stored? I thought that they do not hold well, and that they need to be eaten immediately, unlike a bag of chips- am I wrong?

Hom-BRE! Honestly, we eat them all right away. But, Debbie makes them and keeps them in a container for up to 5 days. You just have to make sure they're all cooked through and crispy and not wilted.
